Our small, close-knit staff works diligently to exceed their expectations, and now you can join us as Administrative Assistant to our Meeting Planner.
In this role, you’ll ensure that all registrations of attendees and exhibitors of FIA’s bi-annual trade show are accurate and provide clerical support to our Meeting Planner on a wide range of other details. As needed, you’ll also be counted on to assist our executives with administrative support.
Along with a can-do attitude, strong detail orientation and excellent customer skills, you’ll need the following:
- 2 years as an administrative assistant with working knowledge of meeting registrations
- Total proficiency using the MS Office suite of products including Access
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with iMIS20, Cvent and Crystal, or similar meeting management tools, desired
- College degree preferred
