The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the project including industry research, working with test development vendors, and securing an adequate number of industry experts to participate in various test development activities. They will also be responsible for developing applicants’ application forms and processes.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary and strategist with strong decision making skills in the area of educational development, industrial systems, cybersecurity, and any operations requiring round-the-clock supervision and systems aimed at combating the evolving threat of critical infrastructure operations and failure, also known as mission critical operations.
They would have experience in or be familiar with various industry sectors including energy, manufacturing, network security, and emergency management. The candidate must have strong organizational, project management, budget tracking, verbal, and written communication skills.
They must also have the ability to articulate and execute a strategic vision using analytical judgment to accomplish work objectives. A good understanding of general business practices and administrative processes is also critical.
A Bachelor degree or higher is required. At least 10 years work experience in a business environment is also required. Some experience in administering certification programs is preferred.
